Can I update a card after it has been created?+
Yes. You can update the card holderβs details, links, branding, contact options, and profile information without needing to reprint or resend a new card.
What happens if I cancel a card?+
If a card is cancelled, it will remain available until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will be disabled and removed from the active dashboard.
Can I add more cards later?+
Yes. You can add extra cards to your business account whenever you need them. Your pricing tier is based on your total number of active cards.
Can I download invoices?+
Yes. Billing and invoices are managed securely through Stripe, where you can view invoices, download receipts, and update payment details.
Do the QR codes change if I update a card?+
No. Your QR code points to your digital card, so you can update the card details without changing or reprinting the QR code.
Can cards be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?+
Not currently. This is a feature we plan to introduce in a future update. For now, your card can be accessed and shared instantly via its link or QR code.
How is customer data handled?+
We only collect the information needed to manage your account, cards, leads, billing, and analytics. Payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
